HISTORY
In the 1980s our founder, Alfonso Garrido, had the visión to manufacture metal silos to avoid the grain and feed losses, providing a reliable storage solution to his customers and for agricultural and livestock purposes. Symaga began in a workshop in Villarta de San Juan, currently it´s one of the most technologically advanced factories of Europe which continues working in order to help feed the Word through a more efficient storage. His visión has led us to our company´s success in the past, present and future.
In the 80s decade Alfonso Garrido started his path in a small craft of 200 m² located in Villarta de San Juan, a small agricultural village from La Mancha.
First profiling machine acquisition. Modernisation process begins, which will finish two decades later, starts which one of the most automatized steel processing factory of Europe.
Staff grow to 20. First punching machine acquisition.
Firstly, we sell to France, and afterwards to Portugal and Morocco.
South America and the whole Europe exports.
High performance profiling machines.
We start to manufacture vineyard material and water tanks.
Maximum quality standards due to robot acquisition. Direct staff increases to 50 members.
Increasing investment in R & D. Livestock facilities.
Welding and bending automation.
We establish an office in Madrid.
Total factory automation and facilities expansion investment.
New headquarters able to accommodate more than 120 employees.
