Purpose of collecting information

We subject said products and services to a quality control process in order to maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times. We also collect your information in order to send you information on our products and services that may be of interest to you.

When we receive a CV, personal information allows us to provide notification that the CV is being processed for advancement to the candidate selection phase for the purpose of filling employment positions in the company. Obtaining personal information means that the candidate will be a participant in employment selection processes that the company carries out in order to fill job positions within the company, whether current or future, which match the candidate’s professional profile, unless the candidate states a preference for his or her information to not be saved for this purpose. In that case, the company will cancel it as requested.

The client/user is the only person who may authorise the use of his or her personal information for any of the previously stated purposes.

Disclosure of information

Our company does not sell, disclose or transmit in any way its clients’ personal information or data to third parties, except for communications for which it is legally able to do so for the purpose of providing requested services.

Accuracy and truthfulness of information provided

So that we may provide the best service possible, the company requires that information provided be true and up-to-date. Information that we indicate as essential (for example, by way of an asterisk in the registration, client, contact or newsletter subscription request forms) must be provided. If not, the company will not be able to provide the requested service or information. For minors, prior authorisation from the parents or legal representative will be required in order to process personal information provided.

We use social networks to provide information on and promote our products and services. At no time do we use data for prohibited purposes. This company denies responsibility for the content, comments, opinions and information, whether first-party or third-party, that users publish in our Facebook, Twitter, and other social media accounts.
