We promote professional development through training and internal promotion which increases the implication in our project. Symaga has a large percentage of foremen and team leaders coming from internal promotion.
In 2021, the annual Training plan has improved the range of courses offered in the
company.

The Symaga team is made up of professionals who have mastered their work. 40% of employees have been with the company for more than 10 years and 55% for more than 5 years. Pioneers in the sector in safety and occupational risk prevention material with ISO 45001 since 2018.
Team spirit
Interdepartmental meetings, Team Building Events and Paddle Tennis Tournaments are exercises that strengthen our team spirit and underline the importance for the company of human resources as one of the main assets of the company.
