MASS DISCHARGE SILOS

Mass discharge is a type of discharge in which virtually all of the product in the silo is in motion.

This movement of all the grain at the same time causes high stresses in the silo walls which require a calculation according to EUROCODIGO 1.4 -4 considering an eccentric discharge.

Roof collar:Circular structure for the union and support of beams and roof sectors.

Skirt: Circular sector supported on the roof collar and on which the load mouth is fixed.

Loading mouth: Shaped plate supported on the skirt and on which the roof cover is supported. Dimensions: 800 mm (silos 4.60 : 16.80) and 1050 mm (silos 17.57 : 19.86).

Loading mouth cover: Square plate fixed to the loading mouth to close the silo on which the loading systems are placed.
